Which device does it fit?

Stream Deck Plus MK1. It is not compatible with the XLR Dock or USB-C Dock for Stream Deck+.

What hardware does it use?

Two M3 screws attach the backplate. Check the supplied hardware and current storefront guidance before assembly.

Are the device and arm included?

No. The Stream Deck device and mounting arm are not included. A 7 or 11 inch friction arm with locking pins is recommended.
