Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Personal Analytics Dashboard ("the App"), a personal analytics dashboard operated by NAAACKERS LLC ("the Operator", "I", "me"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

The App is a private, non-commercial tool that connects to the Operator's own TikTok account through TikTok's official developer APIs (Login Kit and Display API). It retrieves profile statistics and video performance metrics for content published by the authorized account, stores that data in a local database, and displays it in a dashboard so performance can be reviewed over time.

2. Eligibility and access

The App is built and operated for a single user: the Operator. It is not offered to the public, does not support account registration, and runs on a private local network. Authorization to access TikTok data is granted exclusively through TikTok's official OAuth consent flow by the account holder.

3. Relationship to TikTok

The App is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or its parent company. Use of TikTok data through the App is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Developer Terms, all of which remain in effect and are not modified by these Terms. TikTok trademarks belong to their respective owners.

4. Acceptable use

The App may only be used to:

• Retrieve data belonging to a TikTok account that has been explicitly authorized through TikTok's consent flow

• Store and display that data for personal, non-commercial analytics purposes

The App may not be used to access data belonging to other TikTok users, to circumvent TikTok's API limits or policies, to scrape or collect data outside of TikTok's official APIs, or to redistribute or sell data obtained through the App.

5. Data

Handling of data retrieved from TikTok is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: data is retrieved only from the authorized account, stored locally on private hardware, never shared with third parties, and access can be revoked at any time through TikTok's app permissions settings.

6. Intellectual property

The App's code and design belong to the Operator. Content and data retrieved from TikTok, including video metadata and account statistics, remain subject to the rights of TikTok and the content's creator and are used solely for the personal analytics purposes described above.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data retrieved from TikTok will be accurate, complete, or current. Metrics displayed by the App depend on what TikTok's APIs make available and may differ from figures shown in TikTok's own analytics tools.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

The Operator may suspend or discontinue the App at any time without notice. TikTok authorization can be revoked at any time through TikTok's settings, which immediately prevents further data retrieval by the App.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated if the App's functionality changes. The current version will always be available at this URL, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MICHIGAN United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
