Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Personal Analytics Dashboard operated by NAAACKERS LLC collects, uses, and stores information. The App is a personal analytics dashboard built for a single user: me, the operator. It connects to my own TikTok account through TikTok's official developer APIs to retrieve and display performance data for content I have published.

1. What the App does

The App periodically retrieves profile statistics and video performance metrics from my TikTok account using TikTok's Login Kit and Display API. This data is stored in a local database on hardware I own and control, and is displayed in a private dashboard so I can review my content's performance over time (for example, over 30, 60, 90, or 365 day periods).

2. Information collected

The App accesses only data belonging to the TikTok account that I have explicitly authorized through TikTok's OAuth consent flow. This includes:

• Profile information: display name, avatar, bio, and profile link (scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile)

• Account statistics: follower count, following count, total likes, and video count (scope: user.info.stats)

• Video data: a list of my published videos with their titles, links, and public engagement metrics such as views, likes, comments, and shares (scope: video.list)

The App does not collect passwords, private messages, drafts, private account data, or any data belonging to other TikTok users. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics services, and it does not collect data from visitors, because it is not a public-facing service.

3. How information is used

Retrieved data is used for one purpose only: displaying historical analytics about my own TikTok account in a private dashboard. Snapshots of the data are stored over time so that trends (such as follower growth and per-video performance) can be charted across custom date ranges. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, machine learning training, or any commercial purpose.

4. Storage and security

All data retrieved from TikTok is stored in a local database on a private machine that I own. The dashboard is accessible only on my private local network and is not exposed to the public internet. TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely on the same machine and are treated as confidential credentials.

5. Sharing of information

I do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any data retrieved from TikTok with any third party. No data leaves the local environment described above, except for the API requests made directly to TikTok's servers to retrieve it.

6. Data retention and deletion

Historical snapshots are retained locally for as long as they are useful for trend analysis. Because I am both the operator and the sole authorized user of the App, I can delete any or all stored data at any time by removing it from the local database. If TikTok access is revoked (see Section 7), the App stops retrieving new data immediately, and previously stored local data can be deleted on request to the contact address below.

7. Your rights and revoking access

Authorization is granted through TikTok's own consent screen and can be revoked at any time from within TikTok by going to Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services (menu names may vary slightly by app version) and removing the App's access. Revoking access invalidates the App's tokens and prevents any further data retrieval.

8. Compliance with TikTok policies

The App uses TikTok's official developer APIs and operates in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok's Privacy Policy. Use of data obtained through TikTok's APIs is limited to the purposes disclosed in this policy.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children and is not available to the public. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region).

10. Changes to this policy

If the App's functionality or data practices change, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. The current version will always be available at this URL.
